Testimonials and Reviews

Just wanted to say thank you for your support today. It’s been really helpful and I’m hopefully it will result in some positive engagement from the PCC and CCG.   Lisa Duckworth Lincolnshire Council and Sarah Cocker East Lindsey Council 24/05/21

Rebecca and ASB Help came like a whirlwind, a stranger who listened, understood and took up our case. Became a friend and confidant believing in us, battled our battles, against all opposition. Rebecca approached the authorities, presented our prolonged, complex case in a way that we were unable to ourselves, negotiated and defended us and in moments of despair made us laugh; helping us to stay strong.  When justice and resolution was still not forthcoming Rebecca was willing to try for us all over again. Gave us advise and suggestions; we made moves we might not otherwise have made but they were the right ones as slowly the authorities began to take notice.  Adequate words fail.  Rebecca made the authorities listen—we believe it is over. Thank you Rebecca. My goodness Rebecca you fought for our case.Anonymous Victims, June 2021

“This was the best webinar/ training event/ information session I’ve ever attended. The speaker was absolutely great. She was to the point but got everything in, and offered follow up help. More like her please!” “The advice from “ASB Help was brilliant. Great tips on the whole process which I will be incorporating into our updated guidance, etc”

“The speaker was to the point & got everything across. She obviously knew her stuff and that came across so she spoke with confidence. She was great. Really very useful and relevant, thank you.”

“Rebecca Brown was outstanding in her knowledge”

“I thought the webinar was well structured and interesting. The examples that were used brought the material to life and made it easier for those listening to imagine how the Community Trigger processes could work in their own organisations. I certainly learned a lot and felt it gave me more confidence to get involved in this area of work.”

“ASB Help presentation was really informative.  Having recently updated our policy and procedure following the change in July 2020, this highlighted a lot of things that we need to take into account so this was excellent to ensure we are delivering the best service on CT’s.”Feedback from LGA Seminar January 2021
