Independent local support for victims of Anti-Social Behaviour
In Hartlepool, Victim Support has a Victim Services Officer providing support for victims of anti-social behaviour. She is called Lorna Hilton and works out of the Civic Centre in Hartlepool within the Community Safety Team (which also includes the ASB unit).
